Elite Escapes seeks a Remote Cruise Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn client interest into confirmed sailings, blending destination knowledge, superior service, and consultative sales techniques to match travelers with ships, itineraries, cabins, and onboard experiences.

You will guide clients through ship choices, itineraries, cabins, dining packages, shore excursions, and add-ons, while turning inquiries into bookings via email, chat, and phone with energy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must understand client preferences and translate into cruise options.
• Ability to explain cabin categories, deposits, and travel terms clearly.
• Experience handling quotes, reservations, and post-booking follow-ups.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort with tech and online booking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to learn destinations, budget, dates, and group size.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and add-ons.
