Job summary

Smart Apartment Data is seeking an experienced, hands-on operations professional to coordinate workflows and initiatives across the business. You will work with both business and technical teams to keep priorities moving, resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure strong follow-through.

Key duties include coordinating cross-functional workflows, supporting customer operations (onboarding, retention), and tracking priorities with clear updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional operations experience.
• Experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving.
• Comfortable communicating with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows and initiatives across different areas of the business.
• Support customer-related operations, including onboarding and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Operations, and technical teams to move priorities forward.
• Track priorities, blockers, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Identify operational gaps and determine required people or resources.
• Build and improve processes as business needs evolve.
• Follow through on issues and commitments with clear updates.
• Provide concise progress updates on outstanding items.
