Responsibilities

• Assist in forging relationships with new and existing crop insurance agents.
• Work with peers and agents to interpret government regulations for the Federal Crop Insurance Program.
• Support training and development programs for agents and staff.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
• Monitor agent compliance and performance metrics.
