ProAg, a member of the Tokio Marine HCC group, is seeking a Business Development Manager for remote work in South Dakota or Iowa, with up to 70% travel across the eastern region of the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field required.
• 6 years of relevant sales experience.
• Crop Insurance experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with prospective crop insurance agents in SD or IA and recruit them to ProAg.
• Work with appointed agents to grow their business with ProAg.
• Identify agents matching culture, profitability, and geography for growth.
