Job summary

Sompo International’s AgriSompo North America unit seeks a Crop Insurance Adjuster to support MPCI, Private Products, and Named Peril claims in the Upper Midwest. The position is based remotely near Adrian, MN, with up to 50% travel within the region and occasional trainings.

Responsibilities include field inspections, data review, and adherence to FCIC/state regulations. The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with preference for a Bachelor's in agriculture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (or equivalent education/experience).
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete field inspections and read maps/aerial imagery.
• Follow FCIS, State, and Company rules and procedures for MPCI and Private Products.
• Complete initial and ongoing training as required by FCIC and State Regulations.
• Maintain exceptional customer service for policyholders and stakeholders.
