Job summary

AgriSompo North America, part of Sompo International, is seeking a Crop Insurance Adjuster to support MPCI, Private Products and Named Peril claims across the Upper Midwest. The role involves remote work near Adrian, MN, with field inspections, maps review, and ongoing training in FCIC regulations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of crop insurance claims experience, the ability to work outdoors, and a strong focus on exceptional customer service. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of crop insurance claims experience preferred.
• Ability to work in outdoor farm environments and in-office settings.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections and measurements of fields and storage bins.
• Read maps and interpret aerial imagery for MPCI and Private Products.
• Utilize company software for daily communications and claims tracking.
• Adhere to FCIC, state, and company regulations and procedures.
• Complete required training and certifications as mandated by FCIC and state rules.
• Travel up to 50%, primarily within a two-hour radius of home office.
