Job summary

PracticeTek is seeking a Website Optimization Manager to lead strategy and execution for conversion rate optimization, lead generation, and web development. This onsite or remote role offers a dynamic hybrid setup for certain U.S. locations, with opportunities to impact multiple brands.

You will own CRO tests, front-end/back-end development, and a best-in-class user experience, while delivering weekly performance insights and collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in website development and optimization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with Webflow is a plus.
• B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
• Asana Project Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive website optimization and CRO across PracticeTek properties.
• Own front-end and back-end of websites, guiding innovation and best practices.
• Proactively improve user experience on web properties.
• Provide weekly website performance reporting and insights on conversions and engagement.
• Coordinate multi-site governance and prioritization across PracticeTek websites.
