Method Recruiting is seeking a Sr Web and CRO Lead to own the conversion-rich website, handling the technical build and a rigorous experimentation program. You will operate in WordPress, VWO, GTM, GA4, Figma, and Claude, while presenting findings to marketing leaders at enterprise brands.

This remote role (EST hours) emphasizes hands-on craft, client-facing pitches, and a high-velocity test cadence across multiple accounts with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web development and CRO, with real depth in both rather than one plus exposure.
• Agency or multi-client background with five+ accounts and client-facing experience.
• Technical WordPress knowledge; not just content editing.
• Experience with AI in production; using Claude and Claude Code for audits and pages.
• Weekly shipping habit with QA covering mobile, speed, links, forms and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own the website as a conversion channel: the technical build and experimentation program.
• Lead CRO tests with GA4/GTM, heatmaps, session recordings, and dashboards.
• Present findings to marketing leaders at enterprise brands and ISPs.
• Ship pages and fixes across multiple client accounts on a cadence.
• Audit tracking and analytics state, producing prioritized backlogs with impact estimates.
