You’ll collaborate with copywriters, designers, and paid media teams; develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, review heatmaps and analytics, and translate findings into actionable optimizations across campaigns and funnels.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize landing pages designed to generate qualified leads.
• Analyze user behavior throughout the conversion funnel.
• Identify friction points that reduce click-through or conversions.
• Develop data-driven hypotheses to improve landing-page and funnel performance.
• Plan, launch, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests.
• Optimize headlines, messaging, CTAs, page structure, forms, and layouts.
• Analyze conversion data and prioritize experiments by impact.
• Continuously improve CTR, lead volume, conversion rates, and cost efficiency.
• Review heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analytics, and behavior data.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, paid media, and marketers.
