You’ll work in WordPress, VWO, GTM, GA4, and Claude, delivering measurable CRO outcomes. You will present findings in pitches and QBRs, defending recommendations to marketing leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web development and CRO
• Agency or multi-client background with 5+ accounts
• Technical WordPress expertise, not just content editing
• Experience with GA4 and GTM
• Experience with AI in production (Claude)

Responsibilities

• Own the website as a conversion channel: build and test pages
• Lead CRO program across clients with experiments
• Present findings to marketing leaders in pitches
• Run QBRs and defend recommendations to clients
• Coordinate with SEO and AI visibility teams
