Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid funnels and on-site offers. You will set strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them and ship the winners.

We spend $2M+ per month on Meta; 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands is required, with deep Intelligems expertise and proven tests that lift CVR, AOV or RPV. This is a fully remote, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience and proven test-building.
• Experience in paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Ability to show data behind improvements in CVR, AOV or RPV.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and ship tests weekly with clear hypotheses.
• Report CRO KPIs and drive measurable lifts in revenue.
