Job summary

KittySpout seeks a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across site, pages, funnels and post-purchase upsells. You will set strategy, build the backlog, QA tests, launch winners and drive measurable improvements in CVR and revenue.

We are a fully remote, fast-growing DTC brand with $50M+ revenue and a track record of rapid experimentation. Expect collaboration with the founder, a data-first culture, and a high-autonomy role.

Qualifications

• CRO experience: 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proof of results: a record of tests and funnels that lifted CVR, AOV or RPV with data.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Tools: Intelligems, AfterSell, Microsoft Clarity and Shopify analytics.
• Briefing & Agencies: Experience briefing developers and designers, and managing a CRO agency.
• Experiment Design: clear hypotheses, properly sized tests and defined significance.
• Offer Sense: understanding bundles, discounts, subscriptions and upsells impact margins.
• Overtime/weekends if needed; passionate about work and results.
• Excellent cultural fit per our values; eager to scale with the founder.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, ranked by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers weekly.
• Brief, QA and launch tests; call results honestly and ship winners.
• Drive measurable lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
• Catch conversion drops the same day and provide fixes.
• Manage CRO agency and decide when work moves in-house.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run the CRO & Funnels meeting.
• Fully remote, full-time; collaborate with founder and growth team.
