Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase offers. You will build the backlog, brief tests, QA them and ship winners in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

We spend $2M+ monthly on Meta and expect 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, with deep Intelligems expertise and a data-driven approach to lift CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience required.
• Proven ability to lift CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor through tests.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly; ship winners.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and lead the CRO/Funnels meeting.
• Collaborate with founders and the CRO agency to optimize results.
