KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own all conversion tests across our Shopify DTC brands, including site, landing pages, paid funnels and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship winners.

We spend millions on acquisition and need 3–4+ years CRO experience with Intelligems, Shopify analytics, and tools like AfterSell and Microsoft Clarity to prove impact on CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

Formación

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own every CRO test across site, landing pages, funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Build backlog, brief, QA and launch tests; ship winners.
• Lead CRO program and report KPIs weekly; manage CRO agency.
• Drive lifts in CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.
