KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship winners.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Own CRO test plan and backlog for two brands.
• Proven results with CVR, AOV or RPV uplift backed by data.
• Experience building paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems, AfterSell, Clarity, and Shopify analytics.

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, ranked by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests every week; commit to winners.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run the CRO & Funnels meeting.
• Overtime and weekend flexibility as needed.
