Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC sites, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase offers. You set the strategy and execute the work, shipping winners and building a scalable test backlog.

You will work fully remote with 3–4+ years CRO experience, Intelligems expertise, and a track record of lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor. If you love data, experimentation and fast growth, join us to drive revenue toward $100M+.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Proven track record lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Comfort with remote, full-time role and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly and report results.
• Manage CRO agency and decide with Head of Growth when in-house.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and lead the CRO & Funnels meetings.
