KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You set strategy, build the backlog, brief QA tests, launch variants and ship winners.

We spend $2M+ monthly on Meta; you must prove tests lift CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor. This is a fully remote, full-time role with immediate impact and direct collaboration with the founder.

Competenze

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on with Intelligems and paid-acquisition funnels.
• Proven results backing lifts in CVR, AOV or RPV.

Mansioni

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritizing high-impact tests.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly; call results honestly and ship winners.
