Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own all conversion tests across the site, landing pages, paid funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch variants and ship the winners.

We run $2M+ per month on Meta; 3–4+ years CRO for Shopify DTC brands is required. Deep Intelligems experience and a data-driven mindset are essential to lift CVR, AOV and revenue per visitor.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven ability to lift CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor with tests.
• Experience building paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Hands-on with Intelligems and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests with developers and designers.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run the CRO & Funnels meeting.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with Head of Growth.
