Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid‑acquisition funnels, on‑site offers and post‑purchase upsells. You will set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, launch them and ship winners in a fast paced, fully remote role.

We spend millions on Meta and seek 3–4+ years of CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands. Deep hands‑on Intelligems expertise and a track record of lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor are required.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of CRO leadership experience, specifically for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems and building/testing paid acquisition funnels.
• Proven ability to show data backing tests that lifted CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritizing high impact wins.
• Build, test and launch paid acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly with cross‑functional teams; report results honestly.
• Analyze test data to drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per visitor.
• Manage CRO agency and decide with Head of Growth when to bring work in-house.
