Job summary

Huzzle seeks a CRO Lead to own the click-to-booking journey for high-ticket aesthetics clients. You will convert anecdotal feedback into a systematic conversion machine, bridging creative insights with quantified revenue.

Demonstrable CRO testing, landing-page and form optimization, session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel analytics are essential. Fluency in English and ability to work USA hours in a fully remote environment are required.

Qualifications

Demonstrable CRO testing, prediction and measurement.
Experience optimizing landing pages and forms for high-intent purchases.
Mastery of session recordings, heatmaps and funnel analytics.
Strong understanding of American consumer mindset and trust-building in high-ticket services.
Ability to work USA business hours in a primarily remote setting.
Experience reviewing sales/caller data to identify bottlenecks.
Familiarity with managing multiple client accounts.
