Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy, build the backlog, brief and QA tests, and ship winners in a fast-moving, fully remote environment.

We spend $2M+ per month on Meta; the ideal candidate has 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems expertise, and a proven track record lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven ability to lift CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Hands-on Intelligems experience and experience building paid-acquisition funnels.
• Strong data analysis and testing methodology.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands (site, pages, funnels).
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly; call results honestly and ship winners.
