PracticeTek is seeking a highly driven Website Optimization Manager to join our team. You will lead website strategy with a focus on conversion rate optimization, lead generation, and multi-brand website development. This is an onsite or remote position.

You will own tests, frontend/backend development, UX optimization, and weekly performance reporting, collaborating with marketing, product, and IT to ensure consistent growth across facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in website development and optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive website conversion rate optimization across PracticeTek’s web properties.
• Own front-end and back-end development for PracticeTek websites.
• Proactively optimize user experience and website performance.
• Provide weekly reporting and insights on metrics like conversions and engagement.
• Manage multiple sites and coordinate with contractors for development work.
• Oversee website technology stack including platforms, integrations, and chatbot.
• Prioritize development work based on business impact and opportunities.
