Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You’ll set strategy, build the backlog, brief, QA and launch tests, shipping winners in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

We run $2M+ monthly on Meta; 3–4+ years CRO for Shopify DTC brands is a must, with proven results in CVR, AOV or RPV. You’ll collaborate with the founder and Head of Growth to scale revenue toward $100M+.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Proven tests lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Experience building paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Hands-on with Intelligems, AfterSell or similar tools.
• Able to work fully remote with occasional overlap with US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and upsells.
• Brief, QA and ship tests weekly; report results honestly.
• Manage CRO agency and coordinate with Head of Growth.
• Report CRO KPIs and run weekly CRO & Funnels meeting.
• Oversee alignment with data-backed outcomes.
