Job summary

KittySpout is a fully remote, fast-growing DTC brand selling stainless steel cat water fountains, with $50M+ revenue and expanding to $100M+. We are seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, funnels and post-purchase offers.

You will set strategy, build the backlog, brief QA, and ship winning variants. The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years of CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems expertise, and a track record of lifting CVR, AOV or

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands (must).
• Deep hands-on Intelligems experience.
• Proven ability to build/test paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.
• Solid data backing tests that lift CVR, AOV or RPV.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands; rank by impact.
• Build, QA and launch tests; brief developers and designers.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and run the CRO & Funnels meeting.
• Manage the CRO agency and decide with the Head of Growth when work goes in-house.
