Job summary

AIOS is hiring a Funnel Conversion Lead to drive end-to-end CVR from Meta ads for a country. You will own the country landers, quizzes, and checkout, running tests from idea through learning. This hands-on role requires autonomy and strong analytics.

You will lead a small Product Squad (1 SWE + 1 Web Designer) and collaborate with the Head of Performance, Michael McCann, and the CEO, Richie Cartwright. Expect a fast-paced, fully remote role with substantial weekly hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running a high-volume of experiments for DTC brands.
• Strong understanding of ad-to-landing-page handoff and funnel performance.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

• DRI for end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads in a country.
• Ideate, hypothesize, test, measure, and learn; own the country landers and checkout.
• Lead a product squad of 1 engineer and 1 designer and ship tests quickly.
• Measure key metrics and improve tooling; drive autonomous execution.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and leadership to scale international efforts.
