AIOS is building the world’s first full-stack AI doctor and is seeking a Head of Funnel Conversion. This fully remote role leads a cross-country Funnel Conversion team and reports to the CEO, driving end-to-end CVR from Meta ads across many countries.

You’ll guide country squads, own tests from ideation to learnings, and evolve tooling and analytics to accelerate international growth. You will be hands-on and deeply involved in strategy, with a track record of running high-volume experiments in

Qualifications

5+ years leading & running high-volume experiments for DTC ecommerce brands.
Deep understanding of target customers across multiple countries.
Strong analytics mindset and data-driven decision making.
Experience guiding product squads (Lead + Engineer + Designer) to deliver tests.

Responsibilities

DRI for the end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads across all countries.
Lead a Funnel Conversion team consisting of a Lead, an Engineer, and a Designer for country squads.
Guide country leads to understand target customers and plan macro tests; own idea → hypothesis → test → result → learning.
Hands-on manager who reviews tooling and analytics and can drive changes to improve performance.
Scale Meta spend globally by strengthening Funnel Conversion to support international growth and future leadership opportunities.
