AIOS is hiring a Funnel Conversion Lead to own the end-to-end CVR for a specific country. You will lead a small product squad, work with a SWE and a Web Designer, and report to the Head of Performance. You will run experiments daily, interpret results, and drive rapid international growth.

Remaining intensely focused on optimization, you’ll collaborate across marketing, product, and engineering, balancing speed with quality while working remotely in a flexible time zone.

Formación

• 4+ years running a high-volume experimentation program.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-transaction environments.
• Strong metrics-driven mindset and ability to translate insights into tests.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end CVR for a country from meta ads to checkout.
• Lead a Product Squad: 1 SWE + 1 Web Designer and collaborate with marketing.
• Define hypotheses, run tests, measure outcomes, and learn for future iterations.
• Improve funnel tooling and report results to executives regularly.
• Scale Meta spend and drive international growth initiatives.
