Job summary

AIOS is hiring a Funnel Conversion Lead to own the end-to-end CVR from Meta ads for a specific country. You will deeply understand the target customer, generate macro and micro test ideas, and convert them into fast, high-quality experiments.

You’ll manage a tiny Product Squad and partner with senior leaders to scale international growth. You’ll work hands-on daily, running tests on Omniconvert, PostHog, and Hex while staying tool-agnostic.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running a high-volume set of experiments for DTC ecommerce brands.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Strong analytics mindset with ability to derive insights from data.

Responsibilities

• DRI for end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads in a country.
• Develop macro/micro test ideas, hypotheses, and prioritization.
• Lead a Product Squad: 1 SWE and 1 Web Designer, ship tests quickly.
• Measure, learn, and iterate based on results and learnings.
• Improve your tooling and own the testing stack.
