Job summary

AIOS is hiring a Funnel Conversion Lead to own the end-to-end website CVR for a specific country. You’ll deeply understand the target customer, generate macro and micro tests, and execute with a small product squad. You’ll work across Omniconvert, PostHog, and Hex while remaining tool-agnostic.

You’ll drive rapid experimentation to enable scaled Meta spend and international growth. This is a fully remote, high-ownership role with intense, fast-paced days and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running high-volume experiments for DTC brands.
• Strong analytics focus with ability to translate data into tests.
• Hands-on experience designing and shipping experiments end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CVR for a country’s Meta ads to site conversion.
• Develop macro and micro test ideas from customer insights and data.
• Define precise hypotheses and prioritize ruthlessly.
• Ship tests quickly with a small product squad (1x Engineer + 1x Designer).
• Measure results and derive learnings to inform future tests.
• Improve internal tooling to accelerate testing workflows.
