Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed through a partner, seeks a CRO Executive based in the United States to drive conversion rate optimization for leading Ecommerce brands. You'll partner with senior consultants, designers, developers, and clients to identify opportunities and turn insights into measurable improvements.

Initially you will support senior consultants and gradually own optimization roadmaps, client meetings, and account direction, developing toward a CRO Consultant role with increasing

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and ownership-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Shopify.
• Experience using GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing.
• Genuine interest in Ecommerce and CRO.
• Motivation to grow into CRO Consultant role.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior CRO consultants to understand client goals and opportunities.
• Identify optimization opportunities through analytics and user insights.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations with business impact.
• Build and prioritize optimization roadmaps balancing impact and effort.
• Determine approach for each opportunity: A/B tests, design, dev, or implement.
• Own initiatives from briefing through launch and review.
• Translate recommendations into briefs and coordinate with CRO, design, and dev teams.
• Participate in client meetings and update on actions.
• Progress toward leading client meetings and managing relationships.
• Use analytics to map journeys and turn findings into actions.
• Document results and learnings for future strategies.
• Grow toward ownership of client accounts and roadmaps.
