Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Web Strategy & Experience to lead a four-brand web ecosystem and drive growth across SEO, CRO, and UX.

You will own strategy, roadmap, performance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s online presence, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Operations to align with pipeline objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in web strategy, growth, or digital experience in B2B SaaS/tech.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a website or web program from strategy to performance.
• Proven success in improving conversion rates via experimentation and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and AI-driven search practices.
• Understanding of content, information architecture, UX, and user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of four web domains aligned to pipeline targets.
• Lead CRO across landing pages, flows, and conversion paths via structured experiments.
• Develop and execute organic growth strategies including SEO, AEO, and GEO.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Content to ensure clear, relevant web messaging.
• Improve information architecture, navigation, and user journeys for discovery and conversion.
• Manage multi-brand web ecosystem with scalable standards and best practices.
• Establish an experimentation program with A/B and multivariate tests.
• Define KPIs for traffic, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
• Oversee web development and external partners to ensure scalable, standards-aligned sites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maximize commercial impact of web ecosystem.
