Qualifications

• Proven CRO experience in e-commerce, preferably Shopify.
• Experience with GA4 and Shopify analytics.
• Experience using heatmaps, session recordings and A/B testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse website performance using GA4, Shopify analytics, heatmaps, and sessions.
• Identify friction points across homepage, product pages, cart and checkout.
• Create and manage CRO recommendations based on data, not guesswork.
• Develop and run A/B tests; monitor results and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement CRO changes.
