Job summary

Zabota LLC is seeking a CRO Strategist to own the CRO process from research and strategy through design, development, testing, analysis, and reporting. Qualifications

• Experience in CRO, from e-commerce Shopify agency.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, landing pages, customer journeys, and conversion principles.
• Experience with CRO research, A/B testing, and data analysis.
• Ability to develop testing hypotheses and strategic roadmaps.
• Experience collaborating with designers and developers.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and QA skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with AI-assisted copywriting and page wireframes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CRO research using Shopify analytics, surveys, reviews, heuristic analysis, competitor research, and e-commerce best practices.
• Build and present prioritized 30-day testing roadmaps with clear hypotheses, opportunities, and proposed tests.
• Create design and development briefs, manage execution with designers and developers, and QA tests before launch.
• Develop AI-assisted copy and page wireframes, including the required content and messaging for new pages.
• Manage ongoing monthly CRO roadmaps, client approvals, priorities, and execution.
• Communicate with clients through Slack and calls, presenting strategies, designs, progress, and results.
• Monitor tests closely after launch, especially during the first 24 hours, to identify UX or technical issues.
• Analyze test performance, determine when sufficient data is available, identify winners and losers, report results, and define next steps.
