HIP Creative is seeking a detail-oriented CRM support specialist to own partner requests from intake to resolution. You will diagnose issues, execute fixes, and post written close-outs while maintaining SLA-driven performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting a CRM, marketing platform, or SaaS product in an agency or customer-facing role.
• Hands-on HighLevel/GoHighLevel experience (workflows, automations, forms, triggers, pipelines, phone and messaging registration).
• Working knowledge of ClickUp, AgencyAnalytics, Google and Meta platforms, and call tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own requests from intake to verified resolution with written close-out.
• Handle partner-facing tasks and changes to reduce advisor workload.
• Configure and troubleshoot PracticeBeacon CRM workflows, forms, pipelines, and phone setup.
• Diagnose broken automations and integrations, including call tracking and reporting connections.
• Review automated outputs before partners see them and confirm scheduled automation ran.
• Deliver reactivation and campaigns on schedule and verify outcomes.
