You will own and optimize the GoHighLevel CRM, build automations, maintain data integrity, and ensure smooth lead journeys through the sales cycle. The role emphasizes strong English communication, independent work, and a high level of organization as you support clients and coordinate with the sales team.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of related experience in CRM operations, administrative support, or client management.
• Strong expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) setup, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Skilled in lead handling, client communication, and administrative support.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize the GoHighLevel setup.
• Build and maintain automations, pipelines, forms, and workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve CRM issues quickly.
