Job summary

HIP provides automation and support for orthodontic and dental practices through its HighLevel-based CRM platform, PracticeBeacon. The role focuses on supporting a CRM, marketing platform, or SaaS product in an agency or customer-facing context and requires hands-on HighLevel/GoHighLevel experience.

You'll work remotely within the US, with a schedule of 8 am-5 pm CST, and participate in delivering campaigns, troubleshooting workflows, and documenting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting a CRM, marketing platform, or SaaS product in an agency or customer-facing role.
• Hands-on HighLevel/GoHighLevel experience is required.
• Excellent written communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own intake to resolution and document close-outs.
• Configure and troubleshoot PracticeBeacon workflows and integrations.
• Deliver campaign requests with tight SLA adherence.
• Close loops and report outcomes with clear recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to reduce repetitive tasks.

• Handle transactional partner work and deliver campaign requests on schedule.

Compensation and benefits:

• Remote position within the US, Monday to Friday 8 am-5 pm CST.
• PTO eligibility after 90 days: 10 vacation days first year, unlimited PTO starting year two.
