Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of professional experience in operations, administration, customer support, project coordination, CRM, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms and business tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM records, contacts, accounts, and customer data.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and system integrity.
• Support CRM implementations, migrations, and optimization projects.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Assist with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Document business requirements and project updates.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support successful project delivery.
• Help troubleshoot CRM issues and provide user support.
• Participate in system testing, training, and onboarding activities.
• Support client-facing CRM and operational projects as needed.
