Job summary

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate data, timely reporting, and scalable CRM processes. The position emphasizes process improvement, documentation, and training teammates to ensure consistency in data handling and reporting

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for lead, account, contact, and opportunity creation and CRM tasks.
• Develop reports and respond to data requests with CRM tools.
• Collaborate to fulfill complex data requests and data quality issues.
• Audit data in the CRM, merge records, and implement improvements.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely delivery across stakeholders.
• Mentor and train team members on CRM practices and data processes.
