Job summary

Boogie Team is seeking a hands-on GoHighLevel Specialist to support CRM systems, lead management, and client communication for a U.S.-based business. This role is remote with work aligned to U.S. Pacific Time.

You will maintain reliable workflows, resolve platform issues, and help teams follow through on leads and requests. Compensation and engagement terms will be confirmed for the assignment.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Strong understanding of CRM management, workflow automation, triggers, pipelines, and campaign setup.
• Experience supporting lead generation or sales processes.
• Excellent written English and clear, professional communication.
• Comfortable supporting clients through WhatsApp and following through on requests.
• Organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers, forms, calendars, campaigns, and CRM updates.
• Build, improve, and troubleshoot lead-generation and follow-up automations.
• Support prompt client communication and follow-ups through WhatsApp and other agreed channels.
• Assist with campaign setup and keep lead information and task records accurate.
• Identify system issues, document fixes, and communicate progress clearly.
