Qualifications

• Experience in client success, customer support, CRM operations, or sales support roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and/or HubSpot, including pipeline management and data maintenance.
• Proven lead qualification, follow-up management, and sales handoff processes.
• Experience managing high-volume, multi-channel client interactions in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.
• Clear, professional written and spoken English in client-facing communications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously.
• Prior remote work experience and proficiency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar).

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound client communications via email, SMS, phone, and CRM platforms with fast response targets.
• Qualify leads by collecting key data and create complete prospect profiles for sales.
• Route clients to appropriate teams to ensure smooth handoffs and higher close rates.
• Maintain accurate client/prospect records with data cleansing and notes.
• Support client onboarding within the CRM, ensuring correct workflows and data integrity.
• Coordinate client engagement campaigns and follow-ups, including payment plan follow-ups.
• Ensure no missed follow-ups with structured tasks and pipeline tracking.
• Handle escalations and complex inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Monitor and report on pipeline activity and service performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM workflows and data handling standards.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and support to maintain consistent communication and service.
