YO AI Labs is seeking a seasoned CRM Operations Specialist to optimize sales operations and CRM processes. This remote contractor role focuses on applying practical expertise in CRM platforms, sales workflows, automation, and data management to improve AI-driven systems and real-world outcomes.

You will evaluate and document CRM workflows, provide scenario-based feedback, review data quality, and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on CRM operations experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong CRM workflows, sales pipelines, automation, and data processes.
• Experience optimizing sales processes and CRM data integrity.
• Familiarity with Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon or Funnel.
• No formal degree required; practical CRM expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, pipeline management and automation logic with Salesforce, HubSpot.
• Document existing sales operations processes and identify inefficiencies.
• Provide real-world CRM scenarios and feedback based on best practices.
• Review and annotate CRM records, data, workflows, and user interactions for AI training.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance to real-world CRM ops.
• Contribute to documentation, process guides, training materials, and CRM content.
• Assess CRM data quality and identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve adoption and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine datasets, scenarios, and evaluation criteria.
