Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a CRM Operations Specialist (Contractor) to optimize sales operations and CRM processes remotely in the United States. You will apply practical expertise in CRM platforms, automation, and data management to guide AI training and validation against real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities include evaluating workflows, documenting processes, and providing actionable recommendations to improve adoption, efficiency, and data integrity across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in CRM operations or sales operations, with platform fluency in Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, sales pipelines, automation, and data processes.
• Experience optimizing sales processes and maintaining CRM data integrity.
• Familiarity with additional platforms such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide input on CRM workflows, sales processes, pipeline management, and automation logic.
• Document existing sales operations processes and identify workflow inefficiencies and gaps.
• Provide real-world CRM scenarios and feedback based on best practices in sales operations and enablement.
• Review, analyze, and annotate CRM data, workflows, and user interactions to support AI training objectives.
• Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance to operations.
• Contribute to documentation, process guides, and training materials for CRM.
• Assess CRM data quality and identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing information.
• Provide actionable recommendations for CRM adoption, workflow efficiency, and automation.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine CRM datasets, scenarios, and evaluation criteria.
