Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation logic across platforms.
• Document current sales operations processes and identify gaps.
• Provide real-world CRM scenarios and feedback for AI evaluation.
• Review data, records, and workflows to support AI training.
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy against CRM operations.
• Contribute to process guides, training materials, and CRM content.
• Assess data quality and fix inconsistencies and duplicates.
• Collaborate with teams to refine datasets and evaluation criteria.
