YO AI Labs is seeking a remote CRM Operations Specialist to help optimize sales operations and CRM workflows. You will review CRM data, evaluate automation logic, and provide actionable insights to support AI-enabled sales processes.

No AI experience required; bring strong hands-on CRM and sales operations expertise across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related platforms. This is a contractor, remote role with international collaboration.

Qualifications

Ability to document and map complex workflows clearly.

Responsibilities

Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, pipeline management, and automation logic.
Document existing processes, identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Provide real-world CRM scenarios and feedback based on best practices.
Review and annotate CRM records, data, and user interactions for AI training.
Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance to CRM ops.
Contribute to CRM documentation, guides, and training materials.
Assess data quality, identify inconsistencies and gaps.
Recommend actions to improve CRM adoption and automation.
Collaborate with teams to refine datasets and evaluation criteria.
