Job summary

Citrus Systems, Inc. in the United States is seeking an ambitious CRM Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize player communications across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push, and in‑app channels.

You will configure bonus mechanics, build campaigns and journeys in Customer.io, and partner with copy/design/localization to drive activation and retention. This full‑time role requires 1–2+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, hands‑on experience with Customer.io, and proficiency in HTML/Liquid.

Qualifications

1–2+ years in CRM/Lifecycle marketing or marketing automation in iGaming, mobile apps, e‑commerce, or fintech.
Hands‑on experience with Customer.io or similar (journeys, segments, templates).
Understanding of deliverability, QA checks, and localization workflows.
Proficiency with HTML/Liquid for email templates and basic SQL/analytics.
Fluent Russian and English at B1 level or higher for briefs and updates.

Responsibilities

Campaign execution: Set up and launch segmented campaigns and automated journeys.
Build audiences, triggers, send rules, and frequency caps; ensure tracking and deep links work.
Run basic A/B tests and document results.
Coordinate content briefs with copywriters and designers; manage assets and approvals.
Prepare weekly dashboards: sends, delivery, opens/clicks, conversions, unsubscribes.
Monitor deliverability, list hygiene, and opt‑in quality; ensure compliance.
Use Liquid/dynamic content in templates and collaborate with Product/BI to validate events.
