BettingJobs partners with an ambitious iGaming operator to hire a CRM Manager focused on LATAM markets. You will design and execute CRM strategies across email, SMS, push and other channels to drive acquisition, retention and long-term player value in LATAM.

Responsibilities include segmentation, onboarding journeys, first deposit activation and VIP campaigns, plus optimizing bonuses and incentives while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM management experience in iGaming.
• Experience executing CRM campaigns across LATAM markets.
• Strong player segmentation and lifecycle management skills.
• Hands-on with CRM platform Fast Track.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data.
• Experience with bonuses, promotions and engagement initiatives.
• Spanish fluency is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive acquisition, retention, reactivation and long-term player value across LATAM markets.
• Plan and manage targeted CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and other channels.
• Segment player databases and personalise campaigns based on player behaviour, preferences, activity and value.
• Build and optimise player journeys, including onboarding, first deposit conversion, retention, reactivation and VIP campaigns.
• Manage bonuses, promotions and incentives to maximise engagement while maintaining profitability.
• Analyse campaign performance, player behaviour, retention and churn to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with sportsbook, casino, marketing and product teams to align CRM activity with business objectives.
• Ensure CRM campaigns are tailored to local market preferences and cultural differences across LATAM.
