Zusammenfassung

Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator to execute email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns and manage CRM segments for targeted messaging. You will collaborate with Site and Sales teams to craft briefs and drive customer insights.

The role requires 1–3 years in CRM or data-driven marketing, with hands-on experience in ESPs/CDPs (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce). A bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing, with a focus on email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs: Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.

Aufgaben

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Custom Ink brand.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain and manage CRM segments and customer profile data for accurate audience targeting.
• Reporting and Analysis: Pull reports and analyze performance to surface key insights and optimize journeys.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Site and Sales to draft creative briefs and provide customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Set up and report on A/B and multivariate tests to inform strategy.
