Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing professional to own hands-on email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns. You’ll manage customer data, run reports, and work with internal teams to deliver targeted messaging that strengthens customer relationships.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, rapid execution, and collaboration with Site and Sales. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing is preferred, with 1–3 years in CRM or related fields.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing (email, SMS, or Direct Mail).
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs (Klaviyo, Hubspot, Salesforce).
• Understanding of AI for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• Knowledge of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface insights.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Canva experience is a plus; design principles helpful.
