Job summary

Custom Ink is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Marketing Coordinator to own hands-on email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns from setup to scheduling. You will manage CRM segments, analyze performance data, and collaborate with Site and Sales to craft customer-centric briefs.

Experience with ESPs/CDPs and Canva is preferred. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, testing governance, and close partnership with the CRM Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing, focusing on email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs: Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to pull reports and analyze data to surface insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Hands-on experience with Canva and design principles a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns with the Custom Ink brand.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain CRM segments and customer profiles for precise targeting.
• Reporting and Analysis: Pull and analyze performance data to surface trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Site and Sales to draft creative briefs and gain customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Set up and report on A/B and multi-variate tests to inform strategy.
