Job summary

Nextech is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive CRM implementations across our healthcare technology solutions. You will conduct remote training, support go-live events, and optimize post-go-live performance, ensuring client success.

Responsibilities include issue resolution, collaboration with internal teams, and adapting training for clinical and non-clinical staff while complying with HIPAA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT CRM implementation.
• 1 year of GoHighLevel (GHL) experience.
• Strong ability to cultivate relationships and influence behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train clients in Nextech CRM implementation following standard methodology.
• Provide go-live support and post-go-live optimization.
• Investigate client issues and resolve during implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success.
• Perform remote training and document progress updates.
